We also wanted to improve how users interact with the system day-to-day — making it faster, more visual, and easier to use without training.

We designed and developed a completely custom CRM system tailored to how VOSS operates.

  • Document management system with custom templates and auto-filled data
  • Integrated invoicing, synced with Xero for seamless financial management
  • Sites management with location tracking and mapping
  • Media and file uploads directly within jobs

  • A central dashboard showing key metrics, activity, and quick actions
  • Advanced search and filtering across the entire system
